third run post-1/2 marathon registration

6:20pm, light rain and mid-40s
25 minutes, ~2.8 miles

March goal: 1 4-mile run per week
April goal: 1 6-mile run per week
May goal: 1 9-mile run per week
June goal: 1 12-mile run per week
July goal: 1 15-mile run every other week/1 9-mile run in between
August goal: 2:15 or faster 13.1 mile race
